The insulated kennel flooring gives the maximum of comfort to the dogs in the species-appropriate keeping. The elastic kennel flooring is water-permeable and quick-drying. It insulates from the ground coldness and protects the sensitive dogs' paws. This flooring is an especially practical and economic solution for the dog owners: it's easy to keep clean, frost-resistant, durable and protects the dogs' health. There are no known cases of nibbling or elevating the mat by the dogs. That's why the WARCO kennel floorings are used not only in the police or in the army, but also by breeders and coaches. This product has been manufactured with an enhanced concentration. Thus, it's more resistant against abrasion and mechanical loading, but it's less elastic and open-pored and the damping is worse. It's recommended for surface with normal and enhanced loading.

Colour
Anthracite

A car tyre is made of black dyed rubber (SBR). That's why the rubber granulate made of car tyres is also black. During processing with a colourless binder, black products are made. Similarly to the car tyres, the colour changes in these products after a short time from full black to a dark grey, also known as anthracite.

Material

The rubber granulate with irregularly formed particles is obtained from discarded tyres. It mainly consists in the high-valuable mix of natural rubber (NR) and synthetically manufactured Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR). The material properties of the WARCO preform largely correspond to those known from SBR. The granulate with an edge length from 1.0 to 3.0 mm creates fine-grained surfaces.

Assembly or connection system

There is a strong mounting system consisting in an overlap and a dovetail joint formed into the edges of every tile. Thus, a form-fit, permanently loadable connection is created between the plates while laying. However, the zip is not visible in the surface. This type of tiles unites the best possible connection system for rubber granulate tiles with a classic, rectangular seam design of a chequerboard.

Structure of the underside

A drainage system consisting in 4 mm deep drainage channels across the elements and about 15 mm deep hemispherical domes is formed into the bottom side of the tiles. The tiles can be laid on almost every workable base course, also unbound. Please take note of the laying instruction.
